Than in1943, Early establish the L- cell mouse fibroblast cell line, first continues cell line. in 1949, Enders done growth of virus in cell culture. in 1952, Gey produced first human cell line, HELA, from a cervical carcinoma. after this in 1961, Sorieul and Ephrussi establish the somatic cell fusion.

In 1966 Alec Issacs founded interferon by infecting cell by virus in culture. after this Chinese Hamester Ovary(CHO) cell lines were produced during 1980s. Amgen (U.S.A.) produced Recombinant erythroprotien on the CHO cell line used to prevent anemia. in 1982 Thilly and helpers used the conventional condition of medium, serum, with appropriate carrier to grew some cell lines.

In 1984 Collen produce to recombinant tissue – plsmoinohgen activator in mammalians cells. in 1989 Weinberg was responsible for oncogene, malignancy, transformation. in 1991 Griffiths develop Salk polio vaccine grown in monkey kidney cells.

In 1996 Wilmut and co-workers produced to dolly witch was a transgenic sheep by nuclear transfer techniques. recently in 2002, clonaid a France human genome society name EVE a cloned human baby.
